MATTHEW HENNINGER
An experienced manager, operator and brand builder.
Mr. Henninger has a 35+ year background that encompasses corporate finance, marketing, brand development, and operational management. He has conducted business in over twenty countries around the world and has advised, invested in, and/or worked as a “C” level manager in both publicly traded and privately held companies. His distinctive skills in operational management, marketing strategies, and brand development have been instrumental in managing turnarounds and corporate finance strategies across multiple industries.

DR. ROBIN L. SMITH
A pioneering figure in regenerative medicine and a global thought leader in healthcare.
Dr Robin L. Smith is global business leader, medical doctor, author and entrepreneur in the healthcare industry. She is a trailblazer in regenerative medicine and disruptive innovations in health, wellness and longevity. Dr. Smith received her B.A. degree from Yale University and her M.D. degree from the Yale School of Medicine. She holds an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business, completed the Stanford University Directors Program and received an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. Dr Smith has served as an executive or board member of numerous institutions and international health care companies. She brings her esteemed background, vision and global connections to the forefront at Exoceuticals® where she blends her regenerative medicine experience with a desire to help and empower others.

JODI GURNEY
An avant-garde leader in regenerative medicine, stem cell, and biomaterials.
Mrs. Gurney is an innovative business and technology visionary with nearly two decades of dedicated efforts in Immunotherapy and Regenerative Medicine including cellular immune therapies, biomaterials, and tissue engineering. Spanning an industry career of 30+ years, she is a proven growth strategist and inspirational leader with an unwavering commitment to success through the development of transformative advanced therapeutics. Focused upon her ambition to augment human immunity and longevity and to improve the human health span, Jodi was one of the first employees of Celularity, a clinical stage cell therapeutics company spun out of Celgene Corporation, which she helped to develop from its infancy. In her role as Chief Innovation Officer, she was integral in the success of numerous programs across discovery, development, commercialization, and acquisition in cancer immunotherapeutics, cell therapeutics and functional tissue regeneration. During an 18-year tenure at Celgene, Ms. Gurney lead the Organ & Tissue Therapeutics Franchise and was responsible for both Clinical Research & Development and Medical Affairs for Celgene Cellular Therapeutics and LifebankUSA while also leading efforts to identify, develop and implement internal and external research, clinical and commercial collaborations for the entire Celgene Cellular Therapeutics portfolio. She led and managed the entire Medical Affairs Research Program for Celgene Corporation including the multi-disciplinary investigator-initiated trial program involving Oncology, Inflammation, Immunology, Cellular Therapies and Biomaterials as well as the Disease Registry and Phase IV Programs. Jodi created and ran the Celgene Inflammation and Immunology Clinical Science Program which was instrumental in developing the blockbuster OTEZLA® while laying the groundwork for the stand-alone Celgene Inflammation and Immunology Franchise which was acquired by Amgen for $13.4 Billion. Ms. Gurney joined Celgene in 1998 as one of the first field employees and was involved in the successful launch of THALOMID® as well as creation of the transformational REVLIMID® brand. Prior to joining Celgene and contributing to her +30 years of biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience, Ms. Gurney held positions in Medical Affairs for both Merck & Co./Ostex International and Parke-Davis. She received a M.S. in Biochemistry and B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Gurney has authored and contributed to dozens of publications covering her work in Immunology, Cellular Therapies and Technology as well as Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and holds multiple patents in these fields.
